The mixed-use community is a reaction to the forces that isolate people, facilitating shared human experience in a location specially designed for that purpose. When residents are able to get out of their cars and walk to work or the cafe, they are more likely to explore, more likely to pop into the new wine bar on the way home. And if they bump into a neighbor at the wine bar, so much the better for increasing the feeling of connectedness within the community.

Club Houses are an essential part of any community. Additionally the space provides a great location for residents to socialize with each other and is an opportunity for an architect to create a signature design for the development. This is a classic structure that can be as simple as a lounge area for residents, with adjacent rooms for fitness equipment and a work center. We create unique and elegant interiors that are unique and suits the setting of the surrounding area.
